Helping out a friend so cut it short. Felt tired anyways so probably a good call.
Power clean and press: 95 2x5, 145 2x3
Gymnastic ring ab fallouts: 3x10
Bench: 225 x8, 315 2x5
Great session. Feeling strong and just going to push it for a couple session, then let the taper begin.
