Wasn't planning on benching today as I was planning on shirt tmr, but that fell through so I tried to bench. Defintiely felt tired and slow.

short rest on last 3 sets then just called it. Need to give bench some time to recover, been pushing it hard lately. Mostly because I reall want to get the gold at worlds on bench. I'm not sure it's likely, but I am sure it's possible.
Chest flyes, rear delts, hammer curls, tricpe extensions for a couple sets with the 15s.
Treamill for 5min, bike for 5min, and rowing for 5min.
