Was feeling crappy up until this point... then....

350 x2 - PR and wow... I garauntee I was good for 4-6!!! RPE felt very low, less than 9.

Whew! What awesome benching. I think I coulda got AT LEAST 385 today if I tried... maybe even 400 or 405. Thats fine... I really don't care what I can raw bench at this point.
Then was going to do some light squats in flat shoes to stretch the hips and just see if I have lost mobility from the heeled shoes... BUT.... it seems I have a subluxated rib again. I think it is the same one as last time. Will try to work on it myself for a day or 2 but if there is no success I will go to the old back cracker again.
