Went in to the chiro this morning. Feels tender but not really a sharp pain anymore. Hopefully will be ready to squat this weekend.

Good benching. Speed was decent. Definitely was slowing down on the 3rd reps.
Couple sets of chest flyes, pullups, and a 5 minutes on the bike.
