Very easy but I felt some pull across the rib. Nothing that felt harmful, but just being careful.
Floor press for the first time in no idea how long. Will do again:
135 x8
185 x7
225 x6
255 x5
285 x4
235 x6+2+2
Suck at it. This is like ~1.5bd height which might be my weakest point.
Machine rows: few sets
Then left before I did something stupid.
