Well a good day of training. Having the wraps looser made a huge difference in their pop. The suited sets were quite good though.
The bench felt great. Butt was down and every rep had a respectable pause. Happy with the top set.
Gym closed early so I had to cut deadlifts a bit short. The 230 set moved well.
Looking to do a mock meet in ~2 weeks and do something like 305/210/275=790kg. These should be good 2nd attempts in Feb and be a good point to move into thirds to go 800+.
