Happy to have light wraps on again. No pain or anything but just going to slowly ease back into tight wraps and use them a bit more sparingly. I think that I will slowly work back up and start adding in the suit by mid/late January to be ready for the BCPA Fall Classic on Feb 23. Looking to do a 9/9 meet so I will be focusing on good quality repetitions rather than being too much driven by the actual number.
