Felt slower than it should but pain free. Bit of a tickle at the end.
Bench:

*attempt to shirt up... Get it on most of the way takes 15 minutes and can't come close to widening my hands enough to grab the bar. If it goes on totally, which will take forever, then I MIGHT be able to hold the bar...

Happy with this. Feeling much better on the squats and bench is doing well.
