Feeling better. Minor twinge felton the last rep of 315 set.
Sunday:
Didn't want to stress the back too much so I did soem axle conv pulls:
225 4x2
225 x5 - dbl overhand. Happy with this
315 3x4 - mixed grip
385 2x2 - straps
Easy peasy.
Today I am putting on my shirt if I can get into it. Could be tough though hahahah.
