I am an 83kg powerlifter in the CPU/IPF. I was the 93kg jr national champion in 2012, 83kg Jr national champion in 2013, and was the best junior lifter both years as well. I competed at IPF Jr worlds 2013 where I won a bronze medal in the deadlift with a lift of 282.5kg. I am ranked fourth of all-time in the Canadian Powerlifting Union. My competition bests at 83kg are: Squat: 332.5 kg Bench: 210 kg Deadlift: 300 kg Total: 842.5 kg

Great day of training.  The squats were quite fast and quite deep. Low rpe,  toughest set was barely an 8. Bench was great.  All reps paused and locked out fully and fast. Couple sets were a bit towards the feet so the lockout became sticky but otherwise certainly a day of win.

Not bad day of training. Deadlifts were slow off the ground but moved ok otherwise. Bench was strong with a nice tight setup with pause and butt planted.

Not a bad day of training.  Squats were very deep (goal for these final four weeks.. no way I want to have issues on depth!).  The benches were very good.  Even the 175kg singles moved well which was positive given the quantity of volume prior.
