Whew. Lots of volume and I feel totally exhausted from exam prep. Squat was a bit slower than it should have been but depth felt good. I've noticed that my knees drift too far forward and inward sometimes when I put on wraps which is an issue. Bench felt reasonable. I felt the bench under my hips throughout and lockouts were complete.
